So here's mine!
1) Log:
Monday:Hip hop abs (cardio) workout video, 28 min.
Monday:Hip hop abs (cardio) workout video, 28 min.
Tuesday: Hip hop abs (hips, buns, thighs) workout video, 20 min.
Thursday: Jogged on the treadmill, 50 min.
Saturday: Hip hop abs(hips, buns, thighs) workout video, 20 min.
2) There are a few reasons I would like to get in shape. For one, I have had 2 children. The second one turned one last month. I've got to get back into shape so the weight doesn't exponentiate on the next baby! For two, my hubby has been working really hard and is looking fabulous. I've gotta keep up with him. And for three, I have more energy and need less sleep when I exercise! And everyone knows you can get more done when you aren't sleeping all the time!! My specific goal is to lose 10 lbs.

I started today and am logging my progress on my blog. I sent you and invite to it. But since it's private I will just say that I have two babies as well and I need a boost of energy to keep up with them. I don't have time to nap in the day because there's always something else to be done. I hope this will boost my energy and help me fit into my skinny jeans again. I've also implemented meal planning to help me stay on track with what I'm eating.
WORKOUT:
Monday: did Bob Harper Boot Camp 25 minutes.
Tuesday: did Jillian 30 day shred, 20 minutes
lost steam the rest of the week and didn't exercise.
Today Monday: did Bob Harper boot camp 25 minutes.
GOAL: Would like to lose 10 pounds and fit into my wedding dress (only 4 years old) to take bridal portraits that I never made time for before getting married.
Not too computer saavy, will try to do a link and start posting on my blog.
